Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Bourse platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You represent that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

Bourse is an onchain analytics terminal that provides market data, wallet intelligence, and onchain insights for informational purposes. The Platform aggregates publicly available onchain data and displays it through a unified interface.

The Platform does not execute trades, custody assets, provide investment advice, or facilitate financial transactions. Bourse is not a broker, exchange, or financial advisor.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You should conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

Past performance, onchain data, and wallet activity are not indicative of future results. Prices of digital assets and tokenized securities are volatile and involve substantial risk.

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to interfere with the Platform's operation, security, or integrity.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

The Bourse name, logo, brand, user interface, and all content created by us on the Platform are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute them without our prior written permission.

Onchain data displayed on the Platform is sourced from public blockchains and third-party providers. We do not claim ownership over public blockchain data.

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, wallets, decentralized applications, and external websites. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for these third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms and policies.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. Data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are not guaranteed. Market data and onchain data may be delayed or inaccurate.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOURSE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bourse, its affiliates, and its team members from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bourse is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including network congestion, blockchain forks, regulatory actions, natural disasters, war, or acts of third parties.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bourse regarding your use of the Platform. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
