How Bourse collects, uses, and protects your data when using our onchain analytics platform.

1. Information We Collect

Usage Data. We collect technical information automatically when you interact with the Bourse platform, including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URLs, timestamps, and pages visited. This data helps us understand how the platform is used and improve performance.

Wallet Data. When you connect a wallet to Bourse, we receive your public wallet address. We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrases. We may query onchain data associated with your wallet address to provide analytics and features.

Communications. If you contact us via X or email, we collect the information you provide in those communications, including your handle or email address.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Bourse platform. This includes providing market data and analytics, personalizing your experience, monitoring usage patterns, detecting and preventing abuse, and communicating product updates.

We may aggregate and anonymize usage data for research, analytics, and product development. Aggregated data does not identify any individual user.

3. Onchain Data and Public Blockchains

Bourse interacts with public blockchains. Any transaction or interaction conducted on a public blockchain is inherently public and recorded permanently on the ledger. Bourse does not control and is not responsible for data that is publicly visible on any blockchain.

When Bourse reads onchain data associated with your wallet, we are accessing information that is already publicly available on the blockchain.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies and localStorage to maintain your preferences, such as theme selection (light/dark mode). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels for ad retargeting.

We may use anonymous analytics tools to understand usage patterns. These tools do not identify you personally.
